Preheat the oven to 180 degree
Cake flour 100g
Sift the cake flour and baking powder
Baking powder 3g
Sugar 50g
Mix the cake flour, baking powder and sugar
egg 1pc (room temperature)
milk 40ml (room temperature)
vegetable oil 40ml
In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk and vegetable oil
Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients, mix until just combined
**Be careful not to over mix the batter**
blueberries 40-50g
Bake in 180 degrees for 22-25 minutes
